Online merchandise can be returned. All shipped items (UPS, US Postal Service etc...), including merchandise, can be returned by mail. All UPS / USPS shipped orders are processed within 5 working days. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail. If you purchased your order using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) MLA will refund the amount to your credit card.
