Return Policy:
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. Your satisfaction is important to the Montana Landlords Association, Inc. (hereafter referred to as MLA). Whatever the reason, it's no problem. Online merchandise can be returned. All shipped items (UPS, US Postal Service etc...), including merchandise, can be returned by mail. All UPS / USPS shipped orders are processed within 5 working days.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order. A refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse. If you have received the merchandise, you can simply return it by mail.

Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your MLA purchase of a product you must return the product to the MLA, Inc. warehouse within 14 calendar days. If you purchased your order using a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) MLA will refund the amount to your credit card.
Delivery Policy
Delivery is free, because your products are downloaded from the MLA web site once you become a member and sign up!

If you have already submitted personal information to MLA, you may opt out of the company's future use of that information by sending an e-mail to MontanaLandlords@gmail.com. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal information from our records.
